• DELIVERY INFORMATION
  

We aim to send out all orders within 5 working days.  All orders are sent via courier or Royal Mail 1st class post and knitting kits are sent boxed to protect the packaging.  A standard charge of £4.20 applies to all orders in the UK. 

• ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

 An additional postage charge applies for countries outside the UK. Please get in touch for further information before placing your order. Alternatively, you can order through my Etsy shop, which automatically adds the additional postage.

• RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your product as much as we do. If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please return the item within 10 days, unopened in the same condition when purchased and we will then be happy to refund you. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PERSONALISED ITEMS. If the packaging has been opened, then unfortunately we shall not refund the item.  We are also unable to refund your postage costs.

• PURCHASING FROM OUR ONLINE SHOP

We currently accept payment through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards and you do not have to hold an account with Paypal to make a payment. It is 100% safe and secure.

• SAFETY

Some of our products contain small items, making them unsuitable for children.
Please remember to attach buttons etc securely if giving a toy to a small child.

• YOUR PRIVACY

Your personal details are important to us, therefore we never share your details under any circumstances. We never view or store your credit card details
