Hello, and welcome to the woolly world of Made By Ewe.
I have been knitting since I was young and my childhood was full of wearing Mum's warm and cosy handknit jumpers to school - better than the thin shop bought ones any and every day! In the evenings I would play with yarn by the fire, making presents for my family and clothes for my toys.
No surprise then that when I grew up, I ran a business designing children's handknitted jumpers for a few years. Then, in 2010 I started Made By Ewe. I became frustrated at the lack of good quality knitting kits available. So many kits I looked at contained cheap imported yarn and unimaginative and badly written patterns. Surely any knitter would be put off knitting for life, trying to produce something worthwhile from those kits?!
Made By Ewe patterns are all original and carefully written and checked. Help is always available via email should you get stuck!
Kits are carefully assembled and checked before dispatch from the Woolly Workshop, and they are sent in a box, so that they do not get squashed in the post.
